SHIPPING INFO
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 days for processing. I will get your tracking number set up asap and you will receive an email confirming that your order is shipped. I understand that a lot of people tend to buy my pieces as gifts, so please leave a note in your order if you're in a time-crunch and want to make sure your gift arrives for your special person ^_^ I'll do my best to ship it out as quick as I can!
After shipment, the package is out of my hands. Unfortunately I have to legally say I cannot help with delayed or lost packages since its out of my control, but have faith that your package will arrive safe, sound and on time :)
HANDMADE
Please understand that all of my items are 100% HANDMADE. There may be an extra bubble or uneven edge and this is what makes Jushin Art so so special. Literally no one else in the UNIVERSE will have the same piece you purchase. If you are expecting a "Perfect" piece (what is perfect, anyway?) this may not be for you.
RETURN INFO
If for any reason you are not 100% in love with your piece and would like to return it for a refund, please email me at [email protected] with your order # and we will fix this issue ASAP! If a return is inititated, please return your order by mail (undamaged) and I will promptly refund you once the returned packaged has arrived back to me.

COMMISSIONS
I am currently taking comissions for custom pieces if you would like a specific item in a different color/design. Disclaimer - resin has a mind of its own. The best part about it is you never *really* know how it will turn out, so its not easy to "recreate" another piece I made, or have it be EXACTLY what you envision, but I can come close! Common commissions I receive are: rolling trays, pyramids, hamsa hands, coasters, and goddess figurines.
